Have the energy not the extra charge


 Rich in nutrients, light in calories, satisfying your nutritional needs, these puddings are delivering a nice feeling and quiet your hunger for hours. Add Berries and nuts to complete.

Use them for breakfast,  for a snack, before a workout.

Gluten-free, Dairy-free,


4-5 ripe bananas





Gel tea:

2 cups of spicy black tea

1 tbsp of lemon juice (optional)

1 teaspoon of cardamom ( powder)

2 teaspoon of unflavored gelatin or

*1 teaspoon of agar-agar

1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup

4 molds of 1 cup or more to give shape to pudding


Choose a black tea flavored with some tropical flowers. Make few cups of tea.

Soften gelatin in a small amount of cold water (1 tablespoon) or cold tea for 5 minutes. Add honey stir and dissolve in hot tea. Chill until slightly thickened.

*If using agar-agar: Hydrate 1 teaspoon of agar-agar powder in 2 tablespoons of water. In a pan dissolve 1 tbsp of sugar in a 1/2 cup of water, heat to obtain a bubbling syrup, add the agar-agar water mix, let cook 3 more minutes, infuse herbs or any spice you want, add the tea and let cool. Before it starts to get a gel structure, continue as follow.

Add the lemon juice to the mix.

Pour the bottom of each mold with the thickening tea. Peel the bananas and cut them into small slices. Make the first layer of sliced bananas into the molds pour some gel tea, wait few minutes and do it again until the molds are filled.

Cover each mold and keep them in the frig overnight.

The second day, take the pudding out of the mold and add nuts, berries, yogurt, and kefir at your convenience.

It is great to have in your fridge every time there is a need for energy to start the day or coming home before lunch.
