Avocado Cocoa and oat combine to protect your heart and your strength
Cacao, like avocado, provides us with even more health benefits.
When raw, cacao contains more antioxidants than acai, goji berries, blueberries, any tea, or red wine.
Catechin, one of the antioxidants found in cacao, may prevent cancer and reduce the risk of heart failure, stroke, and diabetes.
It is also being studied for potential use in the treatment of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease.
Oat is rich beta-glucan, a soluble fiber, known as a prebiotic, with numerous health benefits working with cocoa and avocado, in addition, it helps the digestion and increases the feeling of fullness.
Add some low-fat, plain yogurt, and you will have a perfect start to the day.
