Alba Martin learned to read on a cookbook, made her first recipe at 5.

After a summer as a student-worker at the Texas Heart Institute, she majored in Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies. Became a contributing writer for her university’s food page, later a blogger for Raw Guru.

Alba has been a fervent meat eater, vegetarian, vegan and raw vegan. She currently resides in Europe.

Dr Claude Martin-Mondière, MD, PhD

Lauréate de la Faculté de Médecine de Paris.

Ancienne Eleve de l’Institut Pasteur.

With this book, Claude wishes to share her “savoir-faire” enabling you to create something tasty and healthy if you ever have no time to cook a big meal.

A physician by vocation, graduate in Paris France, she was granted a post Doctorate training in the Brain-Research department in Chicago University, she completed her expertise about endothelial cell as visiting professor in Baylor College in Houston. She was granted an American Patent for a cardiac assistance device.

Clinician but also laboratory expert, Claude learned how to eat and cook in Paris, and worldwide to stay healthy as a Parisian must be. Her expertise in immunology and biochemistry allowed her to achieve personal recovery through nutrition

Palate taste and satiety can be educated. Eating every day to live, and celebrating events, sharing delicious food is art. Associating needs and pleasure is the key to happiness.

She has published numerous scientific papers in international peers reviewed journals, about Multiple Sclerosis, Immunology, and artificial organs. She received different awards. She has been granted an American patent for an ECMO blood pump for rescue.

Her fundamental knowledge about Brain and Heart must bring some answers about maintaining youth and health.
